Integrity Marketing Group LLC has acquired McNerney Management Group.
Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based insurance distributor that has relationships with about 270,000 independent agents.
McNerney Management Group began operation in 1979. It’s the Columbia, Missouri-based parent of Senior Marketing Specialists, an independent agent brokerage operation, and of the Senior Benefit Services career agent group.

Specialized Marketing Specialists is an insurance marketing organization with relationships with about 10,000 agents.
The Senior Marketing Specialists arm of the company and the Senior Benefit Services arm have relationships with 82,000 people, and they could generate about $180 million in annualized paid premiums this year, according to Integrity Marketing.
