Specialized Marketing Specialists is an insurance marketing organization with relationships with about 10,000 agents.

The Senior Marketing Specialists arm of the company and the Senior Benefit Services arm have relationships with 82,000 people, and they could generate about $180 million in annualized paid premiums this year, according to Integrity Marketing.

That means the average McNerney Management Group customer might pay about $2,200 in premiums this year, according to ThinkAdvisor calculations.

Integrity Marketing is not saying what it paid for McNerney Management Group, but it says the four equity owners — Dan McNerney, David McNerney, Bobby Richardson and JoAnn Wray — will get an ownership stake in Integrity Marketing.

Wray, the president of Senior Marketing Specialists, and David McNerney, the president of Senior Benefit Services, will continue to lead those units, and they will become Integrity Marketing managing partners, Integrity Marketing says.
