Ladder Moves Into New York State

Ladder Insurance Services LLC will soon be offering term life online in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

The Palo Alto, California-based insurance distributor says it has filled its last remaining gap in the U.S. map — New York state — by arranging to offer consumers there term life insurance from Allianz Life Insurance Company of New York.

Ladder hopes to get the New York state products on its digital shelves by January.

Ladder has been selling coverage in California since 2017, and in most of the rest of the country since 2018.
