The Indexed Annuity Leadership Committee (IALC) is promoting the third video in its indexed annuity video series.

The new video, “Family Ready,” focuses on the idea that people who use indexed annuities to prepare for retirement income needs may have more time to spend with loved ones.

“Don’t just be ready for retirement,” a narrator says. “Be family ready.”

Indexed annuity issuers formed IALC to tell members of the public, including reporters, regulators and financial professionals, about indexed annuities.

“These products offer principal protection from market loss, a predictable, guaranteed retirement income, and can contribute balance to retirement savers’ long-term financial plans,” according to a mission statement on the IALC website.

IALC released the first video in the video series in July and the second in September.
