Senior Insurance Brokers is a 15-year-old insurance marketing organization based in Fort Worth, Texas.
Senior Insurance Brokers sells life insurance, annuities, Medicare plans and long-term care insurance.
The company's annuity menu includes indexed annuities and single-premium immediate annuities.
Bailey will be getting a stake in Integrity, Integrity says.
