Nash says her “proud” moments include receiving the Money Management Institute’s Pioneer Award, which embodies advocacy and growth in the industry; co-chairing MMI’s Technology & Operations Committee; and sitting on MMI’s Board of Trustees’ Gateway to Leadership program, which is dedicated to workplace diversity.

She also is serving as an Envestnet Institute on Campus board member and leading this group’s Women in Wealth Management initiative, focused on bringing more women into wealth management.

What makes your job special? The investor landscape has changed, and expectations are infinitely greater. Influenced by their everyday interactions as consumers, investors and wealth professionals alike want an intuitive digital experience for managing their life goals.

As a fintech innovator, Fiserv offers comprehensive, easy-to-use financial advice management solutions to support advisors and enhance their services and engagement with investors.

The industry is also hungry for integrated, scalable solutions and this has been a key area of focus for us as we continue to build our API library and enable clients to enjoy the benefits of enhanced integration into their own environment.

I have been a part of the wealth management community for over 35 years. We’re in an exciting time, and I’m dedicated to seeing the industry continue to evolve through innovation.

What tech-related area do you focus on in your job? We focus on integrated wealth platforms to support all front, middle, back office needs.

What short-term trend are you bullish on? Goals-based planning.

And longer term? Both AI and robotic process automation, or RPA.

Which woman do you most admire in the field? Tricia Rothschild of Morningstar

What are your favorite apps or tech tools for your job? LinkedIn is my go-to source for what’s happening in this world, and I use Google daily.

And off the clock? I love my iPad, especially when I travel, and games (my favorite is still Candy Crush), movies and ebooks. Waze is by far the best app out there to get to your destination on time!
