The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), which represents broker-dealers and RIAs that work with retirement plans, has released its latest list of Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40.
The 100 individual advisors included were chosen from more than 500 nominees put forth by firms and vetted by a panel of senior advisor industry experts based on quantitative and qualitative data including assets overseen and plan revenues.
“These ‘Young Guns’ are widely seen as the future — and in a growing number of cases current — leaders of the retirement plan advisor industry,” according to a statement from NAPA.
“It’s so important to the health of our industry that we recognize the talented leaders coming up today,” said Wayne Bloom, CEO of Commonwealth Financial Network, in a statement applauding the three Commonwealth advisors named to the top 100 list.
“By working with retirement plans, these advisors can have big impact across a broad spectrum of individuals,” Nevin Adams, NAPA’s chief content officer and editor-in-chief of NAPA-Net, told ThinkAdvisor. “They are interested in helping people prepare for retirement and working with employers.”
