Cetera Financial Group has launched the Advisor II program, an addition to its My Advice Architect technology program that provides advisors with flexibility and control as they put in place investment solutions that are targeted toward clients’ needs and goals.
My Advice Architect provides multiple programs with pricing structures that allow advisors degrees of control over portfolio construction and implementation. The full suite of programs is intended to provide a holistic approach to the delivery of the “Advisor-Centric Experience,” which Cetera defines as envisioning “a profession driven by high-caliber, planning-based advice for clients.”
Through My Advice Architect, advisors can outsource investment management, leverage asset allocation models while selecting funds themselves, or exercise full control of asset allocation and security selection.
The addition of the Advisor II program provides advisors greater freedom, says Cetera, when tailoring a financial plan to client-specific investment preferences and objectives. Program fees are low, ticket charges are unbundled and fees are transparent.
The open architecture of My Advice Architect enables advisors to manage portfolios themselves or outsource investment management, while allowing them to discuss fee reduction, more effective risk management and improvement of diversification with clients.
“Cetera continues to be excited about working towards transforming how advisors guide individuals and families towards the achievement of financial well-being at every stage of life,” Tim Stinson, head of wealth management at Cetera, says in a statement.
He adds, “The Advisor II Program in My Advice Architect equips advisors with greater freedom when tailoring a financial plan to client-specific investment preferences and objectives, in line with this advice-centric experience. We support the delivery of that experience not only through tools and technology, but also through a combination of resources, consulting services and research.”
