The board of Fuzion Analytics Inc. has named Barry Staldine president and chief executive officer.
The Carmel, Indiana-based company analyzes and manages closed blocks of long-term care insurance.

Staldine has been the company’s acting chief executive officer since October 2016. Before that, he was the chief operating officer.
From 2002 to 2014, Staldine worked as a technology executive at CNO Financial Group Inc. He has also worked in claim processing and customer service at Anthem Inc.
Staldine has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indiana and a master’s degree in business from Anderson University.
Cain Hayes Joins Minnesota Blue
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has hired Cain Hayes to be executive vice president, chief operating officer and president of the business.
Hayes is in charge of all of the Eagan, Minnesota-based company’s Blue Cross-brand lines of business, including commercial health insurance units and government plan units.
Hayes previously was president of the national accounts business at Aetna Inc.
Earlier, Hayes worked for units of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. and Principal Financial Group Inc.
