Managers of HealthCare.gov hope to register about 100,000 agents and brokers for 2017.
The managers estimate they will move to terminate producer registrations because of allegations of fraud or abuse about 45 times per year.
The managers also expect to receive about 750 messages per year from producers who want to comment on the annual HealthCare.gov agent and broker training.
Officials at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the agency that oversees the HealthCare.gov Affordable Care Act exchange enrollment and account administration system, have included those figures in a new Paperwork Review Act analysis.
The act requires CMS to analyze how proposed information collection efforts might affect the people and organizations providing the information.
