SMA Manager of the Year Richard Alpert on Finding the Best Dividend-Paying Stocks

Richard Alpert is managing partner and portfolio manager for Raub Brock Capital Management's Dividend Growth portfolio, a 2015 SMA Manager of the Year in the equity large-cap category.

In this video, Alpert relates how the team looks for dividend-paying stocks that are paid out of current revenues and earnings, which he says "speaks to the quality of the earnings."
