SMA Manager of the Year Dave Dalrymple on Small-Cap Value

It’s not easy finding opportunities in the small-cap value space, but Chartwell Investment Partners’ Small-Cap Value strategy, a 2015 SMA Manager of the Year, has returned 3.9% above the Russell 2000 Value Index over the past eight years.
