New products introduced recently include an ETF from U.S. Bancorp and a Pakistan ETF from Global X.

Also, ERI Scientific Beta added families of indexes.

Here are the latest developments of interest to advisors:

1) U.S. Bancorp Adds ETF

U.S. Bancorp announced Tuesday the addition of the AlphaMark Actively Managed Small Cap ETF (SMCP).

SMCP is designed to invest in U.S.-listed securities, including American depositary receipts, that are less than $5 billion in market capitalization. It will provide actively managed small-cap exposure driven by earnings momentum at a reasonable price to cash flow while utilizing an alpha preservation strategy.

2) ERI Scientific Beta Adds Index Families

ERI Scientific Beta announced Tuesday the addition of two families of smart “quality-type” factor indexes: High Profitability and Low Investment.

The high profitability and low investment factors rely on straightforward and parsimonious indicators.

3) Global X Adds Pakistan ETF

Global X on Thursday debuted the Global X MSCI Pakistan ETF (PAK), which offers exposure to one of the larger, more liquid frontier markets.

PAK offers access to the largest, most liquid publicly traded companies in Pakistan, providing investors targeted exposure to this country.
