Using the benefits app, consumers can start a short-term disability claim, update personal data, and check on the status of a claim, including payment information. The app also features definitions and benefits details to help customers navigate through the claims process. The “My Benefits” app is available for free download from the Apple® App StoreSM or Google PlayTM Store.
