Recruiting is a top concern for agents and brokers today — and if it isn’t, it should be.
Reagan Consulting released its Producer Recruiting and Development (PR&D) research in October, shedding light on numerous insights into the struggle to recruit and develop new producers. The study’s baseline survey questions 562 firms covering 4,641 producers on hiring activity for 2008-2013. A supplemental survey surveyed 112 firms that hired 1,505 producers.
