Have you tried signing up for Obamacare—just for kicks?

When HealthCare.gov launched in October, Alice visited repeatedly to try and sign up for coverage. When that failed to work, she resorted to signing up via a paper application. She was still waiting to hear back on that when she tried HealthCare.gov again after improvements to it were made. She claims the application process went smoothly and she will now save $300 a month on health coverage.
