MassMutual is rounding out its retirement plan market leadership team with the addition of a new leader for its institutional retirement plans market. Industry veteran Mike DiCenso has joined MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division as market leader for the institutional segment effective November 4.
In this newly created role, Mr. DiCenso is responsible for strategy and business development initiatives in support of the unique needs of distribution partners and sponsors in this market. Mr. DiCenso reports to William Silvanic, senior vice president and actuary, MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division.
DiCenso brings more than 26 years of accomplishments to the role, having held executive level positions in sales, distribution, marketing and product development in the U.S. and international retirement plan markets. Most recently, he served as the national practice leader for Gallagher Retirement Services.
