Study: Only work through lunch if it’s your choice

Researchers have determined that workers who sit at their desk and chip away at their work during lunch are more exhausted at the end of their respective workdays than those who take a break. Although the conclusion seems fairly obvious, as more and more people are forced to work longer and longer hours, many decide to work through lunch in order to leave a littler earlier and spend time with their families. What good is spending time with your family if you are dead tired?
