The country of Bhutan has a government code that says if the government can’t make its people happy, then there is no purpose for the government to exist. Well, the people of Bhutan still have a government, but the World Happiness Report shows that happiness levels in the country aren’t any better than in other countries. So, should countries make the effort to make people happy or are they already doing it unknowingly?
