Managers of Your Health Idaho, Idaho’s health insurance exchange, have released monthly rates for insurance plans that will be sold on the exchange.

Officials said the full cost of coverage for a 31-year-old could range from $164.90 to $333, depending on where the consumer lived and what level of coverage he bought.

For a family of four with two parents age 40, family rates could range from $544.36 to $1,098.

Exchange managers said a total of eight carriers will sell coverage through the exchange, but they did not say how many will be in the individual medical, small-group medical and dental markets.

Carriers that have announced plans to sell individual exchange coverage include PacificSource, Blue Cross of Idaho, and BridgeSpan, an affiliate of Regence BlueShield of Idaho.

Exchange managers did not give any information about rates for small-group exchange plans.
