Part-time workers say schedules are getting more erratic

Part-time workers are becoming increasingly frustrated with their schedules as their employers struggle to find a stable place for them amidst uncertainty about the recovery and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). This is making it harder for part time workers to find the second job they need or enroll in a secondary education.
