Obamacare rollout seen slowed by confusion over benefits

The Obama administration is losing the communications war over the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the people who are most likely to be rendered casualties are those who can afford it least: the ill and uninsured. Some maintain that the administration was too busy both infighting and bickering with Republicans over the law to properly explain it to citizens, but no matter what the reason, there is rampant confusion when it comes to the how the law will work.
