Kathleen Sebelius has deftly shaken her pejorative description as chairwoman of the national death panel only to be tossed in the middle of a case that has her denying a dying 10-year-old a chance for a lung transplant. A federal judge has ordered her to place the girl on a waiting list for an adult lung. With the child’s mother claiming that Sebelius and the Obama administration are choosing to “let children die,” let the politics begin!
