Doctors like Kermit Gosnell are not the norm in the abortion industry, but his macabre case brings to light glaring and dangerous inadequacies when it comes to both the oversight of abortion clinics and their business models. There are other Gosnells out there, some of which have been caught but why are they performing late-term abortions in the first place? The simple answer: they command higher prices.
