Second-term presidents don’t have to think about campaigning again unless they have a landmark health reform law nicknamed after him that requires everyone paying in to keep it afloat. The administration hopes to sign up 7 million people across the country in the first year, which will mean TV ads, door-to-door sales and word of mouth.
