State officials fear loss of health care aid ahead of overhaul

Record unemployment, shrinking GDP and conflicting views about how to deal with the recession have plagued Europe. Southern Europe, exhausted by austerity measures wants to stimulate growth, yet, austerity is still fashionable in the North and things look to stay that way for the time being.
