Chris Christie comes out for Good Samaritan Drug Overdose bill

Governor Chris Christie has reversed his position and is expected to sign a bill that should easily pass through the state Senate and Assembly. The bill, known as the Good Samaritan Drug Law will allow drug overdose victims to call 911 without the fear of prosecution. Christie and his opponents worked through their differences and were able to arrive at a compromise. Is New Jersey the new model for efficient government?
