Sequestration begins to bite

The Office of Management and Budget, which is the executive department that is managing the sequestration cuts – 480 employees total – begin furloughs this week. The staff will be on alternate schedules of one unpaid day off every two weeks until October. Those outside the administration are starting to feel the effects of the furloughs through flight delays. Never let it be said that sequestration wasn’t going to hurt.
