A day in the life of Amy Kraft

Amy Kraft, like many of the baby boomer generation, has lived a very diverse life. Earlier in her career she worked on Wall Street as an advisor, where she helped people carve our their retirement plans — and where she was also a survivor of 9/11. Now, she’s transitioned to working with boomer-plus clients in helping them with yoga therapy. Here, she tells her story.
