New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s controversial efforts to mandate smaller soda sizes in the Big Apple, and thereby limit sugar consumption, battle obesity and the associated health issues that come with it…has been overturned. Derided as arbitrary, a State Supreme Court judge overturned the law, much to the delight of the food service industry and soda aficionados.
