Texas bill would give tax break for those who violate Obamacare

While PPACA may have survived a repeal effort and a Supreme Court challenge, its implementation remains one fraught with challenge by those states that oppose certain components of it, such as the one that requires company health insurance plans to cover fully employees’ contraception costs, including emergency contraception such as the morning-after pill. PPACA would impose a federal fine on companies that do not cover contraception, but a bill introduced in the Texas House of Representatives would give tax breaks to companies that don’t abide by the contraception coverage law, effectively, negating the federal penalty.
