Perseverance is a deeply American virtue, and it permeates today’s workplace and our personal lives for good reason. But sometimes, quitting is the only way to succeed. Progress comes from efficiency, so if something is not moving along smoothly or delivering the results you set out to obtain, ask yourself these questions: Am I producing value? Am I enjoying this? If you’re not happy with your answers to these questions, it may be time to abandon your project or look for a new solution.
