Might it be the time to try your hand at entrepreneurship? Already tried and failed? Well, the conditions might be right try, or, try again. In the last four years, Americans starting their own business hit a 14-year high. More than 4 million businesses closed between 2008 and 2010, but that negative trend started to turn around in the second half of 2011. At the same time, the Kauffman Foundation entrepreneurial rate was dropping. Chances are the entrepreneurial decline is because fewer businesses are going under.
