Insurance marketing firms Imeriti Inc. and RZ Financial Network signed a definitive agreement to merge.
The customer bases for each company will have access to a combined platform that has proprietary programs and products unique to the insurance industry. The combined company also will have a technology platform that offers real-time ability to transact insurance business 24 hours a day, with core insurance carriers and an insurance training institute.
“For the insurance professional, merging will provide an advanced technology-based platform for insurance carriers to distribute product and insurance professionals to easily transact business and access unique and innovative marketing tools,” said Jacob Stern, CEO of Imeriti.
For more than 30 years, Imeriti has distributed insurance based products in all 50 states. The RZ Financial Network has over 1,000 independent insurance agent relationships nationwide.
