Family Office Exchange, which serves high-net-worth families and their advisors around the world, appointed Alexandre Monnier president last week.

Monnier, a veteran of the private aviation and healthcare industries, is expected to be a major player in the next phase of FOX’s growth, according to a statement from the organization.

Plans are in the works to roll out its comprehensive FOX Wealth Center website, introduce three new Advisor Directories, expand the Workshop Series and develop local membership models outside the U.S.

“We are thrilled to find a leader who understands the needs and mindset of our unique membership,” FOX founder and chief executive Sara Hamilton said in the statement.

“He brings a global perspective to the challenges of wealth and a unique set of abilities that will allow us to further help families navigate the complexities of wealth ownership and global citizenship.”

Monnier joins FOX from PinnacleCare, where he was managing director. Earlier, he had served as managing director of Bombardier Skyjet, the private jet charter business of Bombardier Aerospace.

Before joining Bombardier, Monnier spent 10 years as a management consultant in the U.S. and Europe. He started his career as a financial analyst for Societe Generale in New York.
