The health reform law is 2,700 pages long, but only a handful of provisions have received national attention. What else is in there? A sunshine act requiring drug, device or medical supply companies to report annually certain payments or things of value that they’ve given physicians and teaching hospitals. Restaurants with 20 or more locations will be required to list calorie content information for standard menu items on menus and drive-thru menus. Already in effect since July 2010, customers pay a 10% tax for every session in a tanning booth.
