Life Partners Holdings, Inc.,announced on November 30 that they received a letter from NASDAQ making them aware that they are finally in compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).

Life Partners Holdings, Inc., Waco, Texas (NASDAQ GS: LPHI) a large company involved in the secondary market, often referred to as life settlements, received delinquency letters from NASDAQ because the company had failed to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2011 and form 10-Q’s for the quarters ended May 31, 2011 and August 31. The rule necessitates that companies file, in a timely fashion, all periodic reports and documents with Securities and Exchange Commission.

Since the company has now filed all of the mandated reports, they are now in full compliance with the Rule and NASDAQ considers the matter closed.
