For the second time in 2011, one of the nation’s fastest-growing financial services companies is recognized for being one of the best places to work.
The Charlotte Business Journal named Foundation Financial Group as a finalist in its annual “Best Places to Work” awards for 2011. Employees answered survey questions covering such areas as benefits and training.
The survey also gauges employee morale and corporate retention. The Charlotte Business Journal announced the final rankings at a Nov. 4 luncheon in Charlotte.
Earlier this year, Foundation Financial Group ranked No. 19 in the large company division in Florida Trend magazine’s “Best Companies To Work For in Florida” 2011 competition, which was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and endorsed by the HR Florida State Council.
“In the past few years, we have worked hard to improve the benefits we offer our employees because we fully understand that we would not be where we are today without our loyal team,” said Foundation Financial Group CEO Mark W. Boyer.
“The result is we have lowered employee turnover and have elevated our workplace in the midst of rapid growth and expansion while other employers are cutting their workforce and benefits.”
