Deals: MD Care, De la Parte, Triton HR

- USI Insurance Services L.L.C., Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., has completed the acquisition of De la Parte & Associates Inc., Tampa, Fla., an employee benefits and insurance consulting firm.

De la Parte sells retirement services, executive benefits and human resources consulting services as well as health benefits.

- Connelly, Carlisle, Fields & Nichols (CCF&N), Clearwater, Fla., an insurance agency, has acquired Triton HR L.L.C., Oldsmar, Fla. — a payroll services, benefits and outsourcing firm — through a merger.

Anthony Arcaro and John Arcaro, the co-founders of Triton HR and vice presidents at the firm, will go to work for CCF&N, CCF&N says.

CCF&N expects to acquire administrative services capabilities and about 60 client relationships as a result of the deal.
