The home of the New York Jets and the New York Giants will soon be called MetLife Stadium.

MetLife Inc., New York (NYSE:MET), has signed a 25-year naming rights agreement with the Giants and the Jets for the East Rutherford, N.J., complex, which is now known as New Meadowlands.

The stadium is the only stadium in the country that houses two National Football League teams, and it is set to host the National Football League’s Super Bowl XLVIII in February 2014.

The stadium naming rights agreement makes MetLife the official insurance company for the Jets, the Giants and the stadium complex.

MetLife will get 120,000 square feet of branded space at the main west entrance; four illuminated signs on the exterior of the building; four inner-bowl signs; and a chance to participate in stadium-related TV, radio, print and online media campaigns.
