Mutual Trust Financial Group’s entry has been selected as a winner in the LIFE Foundation’s 2011 realLIFEstories competition. The Oak Brook, Ill.-based company’s submission tells the story of the Krzewina family and their life insurance agent, Donald Blahnik, LUTCF.
Mutual Trust’s story was selected out of more than 100 entries for the annual contest, which is held in celebration of September’s Life Insurance Awareness Month. After being diagnosed with cancer, Krzewina used the whole life insurance product that he purchased from Mutual Trust agent Blahnik to save the Wisconsin dairy farm that had been in his family for three generations.
