LIMRA: Gen Y More Inclined than Gen X to Register on Websites

Generation Y life insurance policyowners are more inclined to register on company websites than Generation X ,Baby Boomer and Silent Generation policyowners.

Researchers at LIMRA, Windsor, Conn., have published figures supporting that conclusion in a report based on a March e-mail survey of 2028 life policyowners ages 22 to 69 with household incomes of $35,000 or more.

About 76% of Gen Y policyowners have registered compared with 74% of Gen X policyowners and 64% of Baby Boomer and Silent Generation policyowners.
