CIGNA Corp. is hiring nurses, behavioral health professionals, health educators and personal advocates for its personal health coaching programs and conditional management programs.

CIGNA, Philadelphia (NYSE:CI), is hiring 164 employees for an office in Pittsburgh and 87 employees for an office in Plano, Texas, the company says.

CIGNA is recruiting employees in many areas of the country, the company says.

In other business growth news:

- IBM Canada, a unit of International Business Machines Corp., Armonk, N.Y. (NYSE:IBM), says Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto (TSX:MFC), has signed a 7-year services agreement with IBM that will have an annual value of about $90 million in U.S. currency.

IBM will help improve Manulife computer, disaster recovery and data security services, and it also will help Manulife look into the idea of using cloud computing technology, IBM says.

- Legacy Marketing Group, a unit of Regan Holding Corp., Petaluma, Calif., will be marketing a series of proprietary indexed annuity products from Phoenix Companies Inc., Hartford (NYSE:PNX).

Legacy has exclusive distribution rights for the product series, Phoenix says.
