Sentigo, an Israeli company that developed an analysis tool for consumer investors, officially launched a market analysis and forecasting app for use on iPhones and iPads. The app provides daily analysis of the U.S. market and a forecast for what investors can expect the following day.

“Our mission is to revolutionize the way the public consumes financial information, making it easily accessible and actionable,” Gadi Shvadron, founder and CEO of Sentigo, said in a statement.

The Wall St. Scanner scans over seven million websites daily to analyze market sentiment regarding the top 2,000 U.S.-listed stocks. The app gathers information from myriad sources such as news outlets, financial analysts, corporate websites and social networking sites.

“Our learning machine algorithm integrates structured market data with unstructured crowd-sourced opinions to identify the bottom-line intelligence regarding stocks," Shvadron added.

The Wall St. Scanner app is available through the iTunes app store, and versions for Android and Blackberry users are in the "final stages of development," according to a statement. A detailed video tutorial is available at www.wallstscanner.com.
