The American Council of Life Insurers Forum 500 has given its distinguished service award to Peter Tedone, president of Vantis Life Insurance Company.
The ACLI, Washington, started the Forum 500 to serve small and midsize life insurers, and the group uses the distinguished service award to recognize individuals who have have been important in the smaller insurer community.
Tedone became a marketing director at Vantis Life, Windsor, Conn., in 1987 and has been president of the company since February 2000.
