San Diego-based Asset Marketing Systems (AMS) has added three new employees to its team (pictured from left to right): James Stewart, CFP, as national recruiting director; Robert Pascual as marketing consultant; and Eji Maxilom as life product specialist.

Stewart has more than 30 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries, serving most recently as director of corporate development and interim COO for the Raymond J. Lucia companies. He will be in charge of developing and designing AMS’ future recruitment strategy, operations and media.

Pascual comes to AMS from Blankinship & Foster, where he was a fee-only financial planner and the company’s director of marketing. In his new role, he will be building and designing marketing plans for AMS producers.

Maxilom, a licensed agent, has previously worked for Underwriting Services of America as vice president of operations and carrier relations and as director of contracting for ESN Insurance Service Network. He’ll be assisting AMS producers with product consultation and case design.
