Peggy Rubin named EVP, COO at Columbian Financial Group

The board of directors at Columbian Financial Group has named Peggy Rubin the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. She has also been elected to the board.

Rubin joined Columbian Financial when the company bought the worksite division of UICI in 2003. She joined Columbian as senior vice president, UNIQ division, and has most recently served as senior vice president, operations. In her new role, she will oversee sales and marketing, human resources, administration, and information services.
