Michael Weintraub is now the chairman of the board of the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education (LIFE).
Weintraub succeeds Jack Dewald, who has become the immediate past chairman of LIFE, Arlington, Va.
LIFE organizes campaigns to educate the American public about the importance of using insurance to protect their families’ financial well-being.
Other 2011 LIFE officers include Debra Newman, chair-elect; Stephen Rothschild, secretary; and Brian Ashe, treasurer.
Marvin Feldman continues to be the group’s president.
The groups that participate in LIFE include the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, Reston, Va.; GAMA International, Falls Church, Va.; Forum 400, Chicago; Million Dollar Round Table, Park Ridge, Ill.; the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies, Fairfax, Va.; and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Falls Church, Va.
