Denise Friday is the new president of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA).

Friday is vice president of AMA Insurance Agency Inc., Chicago.

The other 2011 officers of PIMA, Chicago, are Edwin Miltenberger of Covington, La., president-elect; Samuel Fleet of Warwick, R.I., treasurer; Daniel O’Brien of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., secretary; and James Gallagher of Columbus, Ohio, immediate past president.
