CIGNA Corp. has arranged for 20,000 health plan enrollees in Afghanistan to get in-network care at clinics on air bases in Kandahar and Bagram.
CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits, a division of CIGNA, Philadelphia (NYSE:CI), that provides health coverage for people who live outside their home countries, says that about 20,000 of its 790,000 expat insureds are now in Afghanistan.
