Marino, 67, has been CEO of Horizon Blue, Newark, N.J., since 1994 and chairman since Jan. 1.

Marino is on the board of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Chicago, and he is a past co-chair of America’s Health Insurance Plans, Washington.
